These are documents required for college admission 2-year course and 1.5-year course. Make sure that required documents are different depending on the applicants’ nationalities.

・Applicant with nationalities of Vietnam, India, Nepal, Myanmar, Bangladesh,Sri Lanka.

Applicant related documents.
  1. Application form : “ designated form of the school/ written by the applicant”
  2. Resume : “designated form of the school/ written by the applicant” ( Statement of purpose is required for Japanese translation.) Certification issued by the elementary school is required to those who were less than 6 years or more than 8 years old at school entry.
  3. Original copy of diplomas (Japanese translation is required) of final education (high school, university, etc.)
    1. Those who are in school at the time of application should subject a graduation letter specifying the date of graduation and a school certificate (Japanese translation is required)
    2. In case of high school graduate, the test certificate of unified examination in the high school should be subjected.
  4. Group photograph at graduation from final education
  5. Academic transcript of every school year in high school or university (Japanese translation is required)
  6. Those who have graduated high school should subject the scores of unified university entrance examination and unified examination in high school. (Japanese translation is required)
  7. Certificate of completion of Japanese Language Study (more than 150 hours) or certificate and report of 4th grade or higher grade of Japanese Language Aptitude Test, or test certificate and report of J Test level E/F or higher.
  8. 7 identical photographs (taken within 3 months, 4cm in height 3cm in width)
  9. A copy of “Chinese Household Register”

Financial supporter related documents.
  1. In case of remittance by relatives such as parents from outside of Japan, Both of parents are preferable as the financial support.
    1. Written oath of defrayal “designated form of the school / written by the financial supporter”(Japanese translation is required)
    2. Certificate of bank deposit of the financial supporter (Japanese translation is required)
    3. Copy of bank account of the financial supporter (preferably for the last 3 years) and its description of expenses
    4. Certificate of employment of the financial supporter (Japanese translation is required)
    5. Annual income verification of the financial supporter (Japanese translation is required)
    6. Original copy and a copy of business license of place of work of the financial supporter (Japanese translation is required)
    7. Authentication of kinship between the financial supporter and the applicant (Japanese translation is required)
    8. Copy of all of residents registered in “Chinese Household Register” of the financial supporter

  2. In case of defrayal by the applicant
    1. Written oath of defrayal “designated form of the school / written by the applicant” (Japanese translation is required)
    2. Certificate of bank deposit of the applicant (Japanese translation is required)
    3. Copy of bank account of the applicant (preferably for the last 3 years) and its description of expenses
    4. Certificate of employment (Japanese translation is required)
    5. Annual income verification (Japanese translation is required) and a certificate of tax payment issued by public institution

  3. In case that a relative who lives in Japan is the financial supporter
    1. Written oath of defrayal “designated form of the school / written by the financial supporter” (Japanese translation is required, reference to another sheet)
    2. Certificate of bank deposit of the financial supporter (Japanese translation is required for those issued by countries other than Japan)
    3. Copy of bank account of the financial supporter (preferably for the last 3 years)
    4. Certificate of employment of the financial supporter
    5. Annual income verification of the financial supporter (for the last 3 years)
    6. Authentication of kinship between the financial supporter and the applicant
    7. Residence certificate of the financial supporter (note: one that all of the residents are described. In case of alien financial supporter, a certificate of alien registration should be submitted.)
